Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TGG Labs ("we"), the AI video service at tgglabs.aerodev.my.id. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1.Accounts
You must be at least 18, or 13 with a parent's or guardian's permission.
One person uses one account. Creating extra accounts to abuse the invite, affiliate or mission programmes can void commissions and credits and close the accounts.
You're responsible for your password and everything done with your account.
2.Access and credits
To use the service you buy access once. The access price is written on the Pricing section and on the checkout page, and includes a number of starting credits. There is no subscription.
Videos are paid for with credits. The number of credits for each creation is shown before you make it, and that's what is charged. While a video renders its credits are held: if it succeeds they're charged; if it fails they're returned to your balance automatically.
You can add balance with a top-up at a clearly stated price per credit. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits from missions, promos or invites are valid as stated. Expired credits are forfeited.
Credits aren't e-money, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be moved to another account. Access and top-up purchases can't be cancelled once paid, except under the Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.
Features that are being prepared or have not been released are not yet part of the service you can use. We make no promise about when they will be released.
Payments are processed by Duitku. We don't store your card or bank details.
3.Prohibited use
Don't create, upload, or share content that: sexualises minors; is pornographic; shows extreme violence or terrorism; is hateful; is fraud or misleading disinformation; or infringes someone's copyright or trademark.
Don't use another person's face, voice, or identity without their consent, including deepfakes of public figures meant to deceive or demean.
Don't attempt to break into, overload, or abuse the system, including using bots to create accounts.
We and the AI providers filter prompts and images. A request blocked by a filter costs no credits. Violations can lead to removal and account closure without a credit refund.
4.Your content
Images, audio, and video you upload stay yours. You confirm you have the rights to use them.
You may use generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
You give us a limited licence to store and process your content to run the service, including sending it to AI model providers.
If you share a video to Explore, you let us show the video and its prompt publicly and use it as an example on our site until you remove it.
AI output can be inaccurate or resemble other works. Check it before you publish.
5.Third-party services
Videos are made by models from other providers (such as Kie.ai and Google Vertex AI). Model availability, quality, and content policies can change. We may add, replace, or retire models at any time.
6.Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for access and credits in the previous 3 months.
7.Changes and termination
We may update these terms. We'll announce significant changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
